Dies heisst, dass sie handlungsf\u00e4hig sein sowie lesen und schreiben k\u00f6nnen m\u00fcssen. Zudem d\u00fcrfen sie nicht mit dem Erblasser in gerader Linie verwandt, oder seine Geschwister sein. Die Ehepartner dieser Personen sind als Zeugen ebenfalls ausgeschlossen, wie auch der Ehegatte des Erblassers.<\/p>\n\n After receiving the testator\u2019s final wishes, the witnesses have two options: Either<\/strong> they can set forth those wishes in a written document<\/strong> while indicating the place, year, month, and day on which the document was drawn up, then immediately bring it to the judicial authority together after both of them have signed it.
